Good evening Riptide,

We are all set for tomorrow nights meet against the One Loudoun Orcas. We are super excited that we have another new record with 80 Riptide swimmers attending the meet. The Orcas really wanted us to cancel or reschedule the meet due to the warm weather, however we settled on a delayed start to give temps a little more time to drop and to get a little more shade around the end of the pool. The Orcas are a smaller team so even with the 6:30 start we should still finish the meet around 9:00. 

Please have your kids at the pool by 5:30 to be ready for warm ups at 5:45. 

With the meet taking place on June 25th, tomorrow's theme is Six Months Until Christmas. We have a tradition each season of celebrating Christmas in July, but with our June heavy home schedule we didn't have any July dates available. So come ready to sing along to your favorite Holiday tunes as we forget how hot it is and pretend its December 25th. As always please check in with Michaela or Brock before leaving the meet to make sure kids don't miss out on their relays.

Regular practice times on Friday

We had a very successful Friday night fun night last week and the Cit's and coaches have some more fun planned for this Friday so meet at the pool at 5:30 to see what's in store. 

Away meet at Kincaid Forest on Saturday at 8:00am
