Good afternoon Riptide,

It’s hard to believe that we are already coming to the end of our season. There’s a lot going on these last three weeks so this email has a lot of important information. 
-Home Meet tomorrow night 

-Team and Individual pictures Thursday morning @ 8:00am

- Last regular season away meet this Saturday morning 

-Divisionals meet next Saturday the 20th 

- Golden Goggles awards banquet next Sunday the 21st @ 5:00pm

- Pancake breakfast and paper plate awards Tuesday the 23rd @ 8:00am

- All Star meet Saturday the 27th 

- Finally, sleep in! Monday the 29th

Tomorrow’s Meet - This is going to be a very long meet, our current timeline has it ending at 9:30. We need some extra help with concessions so if can please hop on and sign up to help that would be much appreciated. I know it’s going to be tough on the younger swimmers, but please do not leave the meet without talking to Coach MJ.

Team Picture's - Try to get to the pool at 8:00 and we will start pictures about 8:15  

Divisional's - This meet is for EVERYONE that hasn’t qualified for more than one event for All Stars. Divisional’s is not something you need to qualify for and it differs from a normal meet in that about five teams will be competing. If the kids achieve an All Star qualifying time at Divisionals, they may swim that event at All Stars as well. It’s a very fun meet and we encourage everyone to take part in it.

Golden Goggles - For our new families, Golden Goggles is our annual end of season awards banquet and pool party. It’s definitely a highlight of the season so please make plans to join the fun. A separate email with more specific information will be coming out in the next day or two.

Pancake breakfast and paper plate awards- This event takes place in the morning before all star practice and is always fun and entertaining to see what artistic designs and sayings the Coaches and CIT’s have come up with to describe each swimmer. They put a lot of effort into making a plate for each athlete so please try and make this event. More info, including a sign up genius for food donations will be provided shortly.

All Star Meet - All stars is for kids that have qualified via established cut times which are available on our website. If your child has qualified for just one event, they can swim in the Divisionals meet to try once more to qualify for additional events. However, they cannot swim Divisionals in the event that they have qualified in for All Stars. More information to come regarding this meet soon.
